UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 10 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 10 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast with 10 aerial guided bombs and 9 drones of different types, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the region’s governor.

The International Organization for Migration is concerned about increasing civilian casualties in Ukraine, especially after the latest Russian attacks in September.

On Sep. 10, during the Russian attack on Kupiansk, an old woman died because of an acute stress reaction.

Also, that day, a 15-year-old boy died in the Kharkiv hospital, where an ambulance took him after the Russian attack on Pishchane village of the Kupiansk district on Aug. 10. He was on mechanical ventilation for a month.

Russian attacks injured 67, 57-year-old men and 63, 61, 55-year-old women in Blahodativka, a village in the Kupiansk district.

Russians destroyed or damaged a residential building, a house, and three combine harvesters in the Kupiansk district.

They also damaged houses, farms, business buildings, and power networks in Izium, Bohodukhiv, and Berestyn districts.
