UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 29 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked five settlements in Kharkiv oblast with one glide bomb and seven attack drones of different types, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.

On 28 Sep., Russians launched one of their mass attacks in Ukraine, killing four and injuring 80 people in Kyiv and injuring over 40 people in Zaporizhzhia.

According to the governor’s and the regional police’s information, a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car, killing a 44-year-old man and injuring his 14-year-old daughter near Slatyne settlement in Kharkiv region.

They also injured a 41-year-old woman in Slatyne and a 67-year-old woman in Shevchenkove village.

Russian forces destroyed or damaged four houses, a car, and a farm building in Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts.

On Sep. 28, Andrii Besedin, head of the Kupiansk city military administration, said during the national telethon that Kupiansk is currently a closed territory, because of counter-sabotage operation there against Russian “sabotage and reconnaissance groups.”
