UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Dec. 3 — Russian attacks caused an emergency power outage for over 17,500 customers in the Kharkiv region, said the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked four settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with one glide bomb and nine drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the Kharkiv oblast.
Russian attacks on Kivsharivka village of the Kupiansk district injured a 73-year-old man.
Also, a 55-year-old man and an 84-year-old woman asked for medical help because of the Russian attack on Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi on Dec. 1.
Russian attacks destroyed or damaged a car in the Kupiansk district and a farm in the Kharkiv district.
In the Chuhuiv district, Russians damaged two apartment buildings, two cars, and a business building.
Serhii Zelenskyy, the head of Lozova District Administration, said that Russian attacks caused the power outages in the district. Specialists are working to repair the damage.
