UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov. 26 — At night, a 51-year-old man who was injured during the Russian attack on Kharkiv on Nov. 23 died in the hospital, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of Kharkiv region.
On Nov. 23, Russian forces conducted another massive attack on Kharkiv, hitting three districts of the city. The attacks killed four and injured 17 people.
Syniehubov also reported that Russians attacked eight settlements in Kharkiv oblast over the past day. There were no casualties.
Russia used four missiles, eight glide bombs, and 10 drones of different types to attack the region.
Russian attacks destroyed or damaged a bus in the Izium district, a car in the Kharkiv district, and a railway infrastructure in the Lozova district.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine said that Russia attacked energy infrastructure in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, where emergency power cuts will be applied.
After the Russian attacks on the energy supply on Nov. 25, Kharkiv locals started reporting water and heating outages in their homes.
The press service of the Kharkiv City Council said that water supply has been restored to about 60% of Kharkiv customers, but repair work is ongoing.
