UKRAINE, KYIV, Jul 14 — On the morning of July 14, Keith Kellogg, President Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine, arrived in Kyiv, said Andrii Yermak, the head of the Presidential Office.

“Defense, strengthening security, weapons, sanctions, protecting our people, strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and the United States — there are many topics for discussion,” said Yermak after meeting Kellogg at the central railway station of the Ukrainian capital.

Kellogg said he’ll visit Ukraine to media Novyny.LIVE during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) held in Rome on July 11. According to him, he’ll be in Kyiv for a week.

Kellogg said he’ll hold a series of meetings about the Trump administration’s policy toward Ukraine.

This visit coincides with a recent statement by US President Donald Trump.

Trump announced that he would make an important statement about Russia on Monday, July 14 — previously, on July 7, Trump said the US will renew the weapons supply to Ukraine that was frozen by the Pentagon.
