KHARKIV, UKRAINE, Mar 5 — After mass Russian shelling of Kharkiv from the end of December 2023 to mid-January of 2024, up to 100,000 people left the city, reports Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
