On December 7 and 8, the Russian army shelled Kharkiv Oblast. In Kharkiv, shelling injured two people; another three people were injured in the Kupiansk district.
The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported on this.
Russians hit Kharkiv with S-300 missiles. 36-year-old woman was injured; she was provided with first aid on the site. A 25-year-old man was hospitalized. The rocket hit the playground, residential apartments, educational facility, and more than 20 cars.

Around 16:00 on December 7, Russians shelled Podoly, injuring three civilians: a 56-year-old man and 50 and 69-year-old women.
Apart from that, at 00:46 on December 8, Russian army shelled Kurylivka of the Kupiansk district with rocket artillery. The impact ignited two stories of a 5-storey residential apartment.
During the past day, Russians shelled 17 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast with artillery fire and mortar shells.
