1. SUBJECT OF THE POLICY AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Subject. This document defines the procedure for the use of cookie files (hereinafter – “Cookies”) by the Public Organization «GWARA MEDIA» (hereinafter – the “Organization”) on the Website https://gwaramedia.com/(hereinafter – the “Website”).

1.2. Definition of Cookie. Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s end device (personal computer, tablet, smartphone) during access to the Website. They contain information necessary for device identification, functional provision, and statistical data collection.

1.3. Relationship with the Privacy Policy. This Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy, which regulates the general matters of personal data processing by the Organization.

1.4. Consent. The User confirms their consent to using cookie files not classified as strictly necessary by accepting the terms displayed in the corresponding informational banner upon the first visit to the Website or upon changing settings.
