The collaborator was responsible for culture and sports in the Russian occupation authorities.

On July 6, Anna Bibik, a 40-year-old collaborator from Kupyansk district, who was acting head of the Department of culture, youth, and sports of pro-Kremlin authorities, was suspected in absentia by National Police.

On the anniversary of the creation of the Russia-backed civil-military administration of the Kharkiv region Vitaly Ganchev awarded Bibik a commendation. She was born in Podoly village in Kupyansk District. Before the war she was the chief accountant of the Department of Youth and Sports of Kupyansk City Council.

The text of the suspicion announced says that in June 2022 Bibik, being in the territory of Kupyansk district, voluntarily gave her consent to the occupants to appoint herself to the position of Russia-backed “acting head of the department of culture, youth and sports of the administrator of Kupyansk district”. Bibik’s work was associated with issuing orders, receipt, transportation and storage of funds, and keeping records of cash reports. The collaborator worked from June 20 to September 7, 2022.

Thus, on 20.06.2022 Bibik Anna, being at address: 3, Kupyansk, Constitution Avenue, voluntarily took the position associated with the implementation of organizational and administrative and administrative functions in the illegal authority created in the temporarily occupied territory of Kharkiv region. By the order of the so-called “acting head of the temporary civil administration of Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region”. Gubin M., she was appointed to the above position and, as an active participant, worked in the position, which is associated with the performance of organizational and administrative functions in the occupation administration of the aggressor state, created in the temporarily occupied territory”, noted in the text of the suspicion.

The suspicion of Bibik was formed under Part 5 of Article 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
