How disinformation works today

The Global Disinformation Conference Kharkiv 2026 brings together international scholars, policy experts, media professionals, and technologists to examine disinformation as a systemic global phenomenon operating across conflicts, crises, and digitally transformed information ecosystems.

The conference focuses on institutional, technological, and governance responses to disinformation at international, national, and regional levels, with particular attention to hybrid threats, platform power, and the resilience of democratic systems.

Accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings with an assigned DOI and ISBN.
